也不算什麼技巧，陳述中出現 「should應該」、「necessary 必需」都是規範性的線索，涉及了value judgment價值判斷。
要記著一點，就是我們分Positive Statement實證性陳述 與Normative Statement 規範性陳述時，不是看陳述句本身的對錯，而是以有否涉及了主觀value judgment價值判斷，還是只描述了事實去分類。
例如：
The law of demand states that, with other factors being constant, when price of a good drops, quantity demanded for that good drops.
需求定律指出當其他因素不變，一物品價格下降會令需求量下降。
上句是錯的，但沒有涉及value judgment價值判斷，只描述了事實，仍然是Positive Statement實證性陳述。
